A good challenge, but will it last in the long run?
A good and smooth design with some really nice turns and jumps. Good transitions, fair speed and with no points where driving gets too difficult.
The design lacks some new ideas though, which prevents it from getting a better score. It’s a good track, but not really that inspiring.
Also, there are no actual stunts except for the many jumps (which are cool enough), but perhaps more varied stunts could have added a bit more excitement.
I believe this track should do as a good WR hunting track though. The design is really good, with many sections where you can easily improve your time.
Really good scenery which always gives you something to look at. However, it sometimes looks a bit boring only showing bushes or things like that. A bit more variety would be nice.
Intro: Gives a good overview of the track, but lacks special effects.
In-game: Very good GPS with built in ManiaLink advertisement 😛 In game cam change at one place in a jump. Looks cool enough.
Outro: Very good choices of camera angles. I’ve been looking for this a long time. Gives a good overview of the race. At a few places there are some “flashes” though, with cam changes that last for less than a second, making some parts of the outro look extremely annoying.
Not really very original at all, and considering the sort of “average” design, perhaps some more originality could have made this track a bit better… Some original MT though.
Fun to drive, but in the long run you’ll get bored quite soon. The design is good but doesn’t add anything new.
A good WR hunting design, but with a bit lack of excitement. This keeps the track from getting extremely fun, while it still is a good challenge the first few runs. Good scenery, but a bit uninspired at times. The MT work is really good, but it too lacks that little extra to make it even more interesting.
Overall a dcenet challenge, but with nothing new to make it a really good one.
Final Rating: 7.5 (good)
