Tracks II

Welcome to the new, updated version of our “Track Reviews”. This page serves two functions:

  1. It lists all so called Blog Tracks (both old and new; the old ones have been removed from the Tracks I page). Read the FAQ for more on Blog Tracks.
  2. It lists all tracks reviewed using the new criteria and layout (from the 20th of August 2007).

Tags

The following “tags” can be given to tracks:

  • Tag - Beginner Beginner - Tracks that are very easy to complete (but they can still offer quite a challenge when it comes to achieving a good time).
  • Tag - Challenging Challenging - Tracks that are really hard to even reach the finish line in.
  • Tag - TimeAttack Time - Tracks that are not too hard to complete, but that still offer a great challange when it comes to achieving a great time.
  • Tag - Innovative Innovative - Tracks with this tag are very special in the way they are put together and/or include new cool features. 
  • Tag - MT MediaTracker - Tracks that have very good looking MT work.
  • Tag - Underrated Underrated - Tracks that have too few awards compared to what they are worth (according to the reviewer).

Stars - The yellow stars in front of a tracks name represent a general view on how highly rated they are. The more stars, the higher the rating. Max if five stars. The green stars (Star - Green (Best of the Month)) represent that a track has won a “Best of the Month” award, the red stars (Star - Red (Excellent Track Award)) an “Excellent Track” award and the rainbow star (Star - Rainbow (Tag Award)) a “Tag” award.

1. Blog Tracks

Note: Blog Tracks are tracks created specifically for the TMU Blog by famous authors. Some are created by one author (the standard type of Blog Track) while some are community tracks (created by several authors). Note that these have not actually been reviewed or rated.

Note: RR stands for Reader Ratings and is the average of all ratings provided by readers (in the comments of the review post of the track in question). The colored squares next to some tracks are “tags” as mentioned above. For more on these tags and what they mean, check the Review Info page.
