Last week the Eliminations Stage of the on-going Driver’s Contest began. This stage is now over, and as most of you know the eight best of all participants move on to the Quarterfinals. Here’s a list of the players who passed, sorted by best time:
- Zooz – 00:52.35
- Zeo – 00:52.74
- Low_B – 00:53.14
- Buchi – 00:53.20
- Dec – 00:53.28
- CubicReg – 00:53.41
- -Homie- – 00:53.54
- JakeOIL, Sk84funPrzemo, Kellerkind – 00:53.65*
*As three people had this time, a tie-breaker race is held. The three people in question must re-race the track, trying to improve their time. If one of the participants fail to improve their time, it is possible to send in a slower time – as long as it’s a new one, it’s accpted. The best of the three earns the 8th spot!

Now, according to schedule, today was meant to be the start of the quarterfinals, but we’re doing a little change to this, pushing the start by two days. The new schedule looks like this:
- 2nd to 5th of May: Sign-up
- 6th to 10th of May: Eliminations stage
- 11th to 13th of May: Preparations and tie-breaker race
- 14th to 18th of May: Quarterfinals
- 19th to 23rd of May: Semi-finals
- 24th to 28th of May: Finals
- Between 29th and 31st: Results
In other words, no racing starts today. Instead, all participants who are listed above (those who got through the elimination) must e-mail Jozii@pp.inet.fi stating the five environments they would most like to race on.The environment must be listed in order of preferance and will be used when selecting the tracks to race 
If you are one of the eight and do not send a list, you will no longer be able to affect what tracks you’ll have to race.

Yes, I think it’s a bit lame, maybe doing a really good end is more skillful than driving average all of the run.

I’m afraid your right. Therefore a tie-breaker race is held. The three of you (KellerKind, Przemo and JakeOIL must try to improve your time on the track. If you can’t, you must send in a new replay anyway, even if the time is slower than 00:53.65. As long as it’s a new replay it’s accepted
The winner get’s the last spot… and you have only two days, so hurry up!

Przemo is still fighting, Zooz is here, so it would be cool that the TrackManiacs i know well will play further.
It would also be so funny if 2 CMC members will pass to the final.

i really forgot it, i was distracted by a tv show, and as it was voer, i couldnt remember anymore (but i really had a bad feeling that ive forgotten something
but im sure i wouldnt have had any chance for the top 8, the track wasnt my favourite
