First Impression
Judging from the already many awards (16 at the time of writing) at TMX, this must be a good track. The first drive felt good too, so there is great potential here…
Track Consistency
Glory is a great combination of speedy and technical parts, with some fresh ideas for Island. Nice jumps, loops, twists and turns make the track even better.
Unfortunately, the track can seem a bit confusing at times. This could easily be prevented with a few signs showing the way, but as these signs don’t grow on trees, that’s a minus for the track.
Additionally, the track can feel a bit bumpy at times. Not all of the ideas behind the track work perfectly in practice, but once you get to know the track, it really feels glorious to drive! Rating: 4.0
Scenery
For an Island track, the scenery is not really that special. Island track looks beautiful by nature, but it takes more to make them just perfect. The scenery is not at all bad, it’s quite good in fact, but it is not overwhelming either. Rating: 4.0
Originality
Glory has some very nice parts you can’t find elsewhere. Similar sections exist in other tracks, but the execution here is different. Generally Glory presents a few fresh ideas carried out in nice forms, but it’s the re-use of old ideas carried put in new ways that boost the Originality ratings the most. Rating: 4.0
MediaTracker
The intro is really nice! It’s a good idea which work quite nicely. I’m not going to give away what it’s all about, but let you download the track and see for yourself instead.
In-game there are cam changes where needed but nothing that makes the track stand out, and the outro is fairly good. Rating: 4.0
Summary
Fast, technical, fresh ideas, and fairly good scenery and MT work (especially the intro is nice). With a four as a rating for all the categories, the final rating isn’t very hard to guess. Glory sure is a glorious track, but it could use some work on basically all points to become perfect.
Final Rating: 4.0 (good)

I just gave this track a few run-throughs after seeing it on here (hey I’m late to the game but I am here to stay) and I tend to agree with you. Some signs would be nice but on the other hand, the lack of them promotes a little bit of exploration in the beginning which is never a bad thing. The airport mocked me but I got the last laugh…
Keep the reviews coming guys!

Glad we are of the same opinion, and glad you’re here to stay in thw rodl of TrackMania
About the missing signs: A race tracks is not mean for exploartion… but then again, I agree that it can add to the fun a bit

Thanks guys

To the signs problem, i mentioned that already and many people told me that, but i just hate the looking of the signs, all those colours, thats sucks
I only use signs if they are really really needed :s

Haha, that’s just fine
Actually, the more I think about it the more I like the “exploration” idea :p But: It still could be useful to add just a few signs. Not too many… just to give a few directioanl hints.
